We keep our membership terms as flexible as possible! Please keep in mind…
You can always increase or decrease the amount of your membership depending on your financial situation. If you’re in a more comfortable position than when you joined, or find you’re using it a lot, contributing more keeps the model more sustainable. If you’re in a tight spot, we can reduce your annual or monthly fee.
Memberships are annual, even if you’re paying monthly. Canceling mid year makes it difficult for us to budget; please consider finishing out the year if you can (we can always let you know your renewal date!)
If you need to temporarily pause your membership for extended travel, illness, etc. we can do that!
